Returns & Refunds

 Your satisfaction with Yomo Studio is our top priority.

We offer full refunds on all items within 14 days of receiving your product.

The product has to be in their original purchased condition, including all product documentation. Refunds will not be given for loss or damage not caused by us.

Upon return of product purchased via PayPal or any credit card payment please allow 2 weeks for your account to be credited.

In any case of return for exchange or cancellation of the purchase the shipping cost will not be refunded. The same applies to any insurance and /or tax fees.

We cannot accept returns on items purchased during sales or special promotions, custom orders or international orders.

Size Adjustment

Because of the techniques and materials employed to make our rings, they cannot be adjusted after finished. Please read our "Sizing" section to learn how to get the right size for your finger.

Size Exchange

Rings can only be exchanged for a different size during the first 14 days after being received. Rings will only be exchanged once.Custom orders will not be returned and exchanged for a different size
